others.

style of Leadership.
Autocratic Leadership
In autocratic leadership, a leader gives orders and expects his
subordinates to obey those orders.
In this style of leadership, communication is only one way.
The subordinate only acts according to the command given
by the manager.
Democratic Leadership
In democratic leadership, a leader will develop action plans
and makes decisions in consultation with his subordinates.
He encourages them to participate in decision-making.
In this style of leadership, both senior and subordinate respect
each other’s opinion to accomplish organisational objectives.
