Nimesh was working as a Production Manager in
H.L. Ltd., an electrical wire manufacturing
company. One of the vendors who was supplying
copper to H.L. Ltd. wanted to close down his
business within $\displaystyle 15$ days as he had to go abroad to live with his son. The vendor was selling all his stocks at
