To keep up pace with the rapidchanges in the business environment, ‘Suzon cars’, a companymanufacturing automobiles for the last thirty years decided to startmanufacturing electric cars with Artificial Intelligence technology. Withthe introduction of Artificial Intelligence, the company had to improve theknowledge and skills of its employees. They wanted that all theiremployees improve their performance on the current job and are preparedfor any intended job in future. This way they would not only be able toincrease their knowledge and skills but would also improve theirperformance.
