‘Caro’, a car manufacturing company was manufacturing high cost, goodquality luxury cars. It is a method of training in which the employees learn the jobs on the
equipment they will be using but the training is conducted away from the
actual work floor. This is used when employees are required to handle
sophisticated machinery and equipment.
