It is a process which ensures that the organisation attracts
potential employees with the necessary characteristics or
qualifications, in adequate numbers for the jobs available.
(ii)
It is a process which ensures that the organisation gets the
best among the available candidates and enhances the
self-esteem and prestige of those selected and conveys to
them the seriousness with which things are done in the
organisation.
