Limitation of filling vacancies for various job positions from
within the organisation:
(i)
Dangers of inbreeding by stopping infusion of new talent/ blood
into the organisation.
(ii)
Employees may become lethargic if they are sure of time bound
promotions.
(iii)
No organisation can fill all its vacancies from internal sources
of recruitment.
(iv)
The spirit of competition amongst employees may be hampered.
(v)
Frequent transfers of employees may often reduce productivity
of the organisation.
Benefits of training to the organisation:

It avoids wastage of efforts and money as training is systematic
