Employment Exchange
§ It is a source of recruitment run by the Government for
unskilled and skilled operative jobs.
§ It helps to match personnel demand and supply by serving as
link between job-seekers and employers.
Web Publishing
§ It refers to using Internet as a source of recruitment.
§ There are certain websites specifically designed and
dedicated for the purpose of providing information about
both job seekers and job opening which are visited both by
the prospective employees and the organisations searching
for suitable people.
Employee Empowerment
§ It means giving more autonomy and powers to
subordinates.
§ Empowerment makes people feel that their jobs are
important. This feeling contributes positively to the use of
skills and talents in the job performance.
