Asha is living in a small village of Rajasthan.Her mother has good culinary skills. Inspired fromher mother she joined a course of 'Food andBeverages Production' in Jaipur. personnel for various jobs.

It helps in higher performance by putting the right
person on the right job.

It ensures the continuous survival and growth of the
enterprise through the succession planning for
managers.

It helps to ensure optimum utilization of human
resources by avoiding overmanning and also indicating
in advance the shortages of personnel.
(v)
It improves job satisfaction and morale of employees
through objective assessment and fair reward of their
contribution.
