Staffing is that part of the process of management which is
concerned with obtaining, utilizing and maintaining a
satisfactory and satisfied workforce.

Staffing is the managerial function of filling and keeping filled

Placement agencies provide a nationwide service in matching
demand and supply by compiling bio data of a large number of

and skills and even advertise the jobs on behalf of their clients.
