Introduction of nematode specific gene using Agrobacterium vector, Production of both sense and anti-sense RNA in host cell, Production of dsRNA, RNAi/RNA interfernce is initiated, silencing of specific mRNA of the nematode, Parasite could not survive in the transgenic host and transgenic plant is protected from the parasite.
