\] Potential Energy \(\displaystyle =2 \times\) Total Energy \(\displaystyle =2 \times \mathrm{E}_{4}\)

& =2 \times(-0.85) \mathrm{eV} \\
& =-1.70 \mathrm{eV}
\end{aligned}
