In a plot of $\displaystyle \mathbf{\Lambda}_{\mathrm{m}}$ against the square root of concentration $\displaystyle \left(\mathrm{C}^{1 / 2}\right)$ for strong and weak electrolyte, the value of limiting molar conductivity of a weak electrolyte cannot be obtained graphically. Suggest a way to obtain this value. Also state the related law, if any.
Marking-scheme solution
Limiting molar conductivity for weak electrolyte can be obtained by using Kohlrausch law.It states that limiting molar conductivity of an electrolyte is the sum of conductivity of constituent ions.
