‘Sheetal Cosmetics Ltd.’, is a fast growing beauty and skin care companyknown for its innovative products and aggressive market expansion. Asthe company increased its marketing activities like new product launches,accelerated advertising campaigns, social media promotions andinfluencer collaborations etc., the workload of the marketing departmentgrew sharply. Despite working long hours, the marketing manager Arjuncouldn’t give adequate attention to strategic planning and high impactdecisions as minor operational issues began consuming most of his time.Noticing this, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) advised Arjun that it wasnow impractical for him to handle the entire volume of work alone, so heshould allow his subordinates to take up routine tasks. subordinate with a task, it involves trust on the superior’s part and
commitment on part of subordinates.

by providing a ready workforce to take up leading positions in new
ventures.

It establishes superior-subordinate relationships, which are the basis
of hierarchy of management.

It leads to better coordination as clarity in reporting relationships
