Young's modulus is determined by the equation given by $\displaystyle \mathrm{Y}=49000 \frac{m}{l} \frac{\mathrm{dyne}}{\mathrm{cm}^2}$ where $\displaystyle M$ is the mass and $\displaystyle l$ is the extension of wire used in the experiment. Now error in Young modules $\displaystyle (Y)$ is estimated by taking data from $\displaystyle M-l$ plot in graph paper. The smallest scale divisions are $\displaystyle 5$ g and $\displaystyle 0.02$ cm along load axis and extension axis respectively. If the value of $\displaystyle M$ and $\displaystyle l$ are $\displaystyle 500$ g and $\displaystyle 2$ cm respectively then percentage error of $\displaystyle Y$ is :
