The magnetic field vector of an electromagnetic wave is given by $\displaystyle \mathrm{B}=\mathrm{B}_0 \frac{\hat{i}+\hat{j}}{\sqrt{2}} \cos (\mathrm{kz}-\omega \mathrm{t})$; where $\displaystyle \hat{i}, \hat{j}$ represents unit vector along $\displaystyle x$ and $\displaystyle y$-axis respectively. At $\displaystyle \mathrm{t}=0 \mathrm{~s}$, two electric charges $\displaystyle \mathrm{q}_1$ of $\displaystyle 4 \pi$ coulomb and $\displaystyle \mathrm{q}_2$ of $\displaystyle 2 \pi$ coulomb located at $\displaystyle \left(0,0, \frac{\pi}{\mathrm{k}}\right)$ and $\displaystyle \left(0,0, \frac{3 \pi}{\mathrm{k}}\right)$, respectively, have the same velocity of $\displaystyle 0.5 \mathrm{c} \hat{i}$, (where c is the velocity of light). The ratio of the force acting on charge $\displaystyle \mathrm{q}_1$ to $\displaystyle \mathrm{q}_2$ is :
