Marking-scheme solution
The nature of work in the urban area is different from rural areas. Those living in rural areas are engaged in self-employment and casual nature of work as compared to the urban areas. Rural areas have seasonal nature of employment. However, the urban area is dominated by self-employed people and regular wage salaried workers (due to existence of factories shops and offices).
