The given schedule represents that:
The workforce engaged in primary sector has declined from $\displaystyle 60$% ($\displaystyle 1999$–$\displaystyle 2000$) to $\displaystyle 49$% ($\displaystyle 2011$–$\displaystyle 12$). It may be due to greater number of job opportunities available in the other two sectors.
Secondary sector and Tertiary sector exhibit increase from $\displaystyle 16$% to $\displaystyle 24$% and from $\displaystyle 24$% to $\displaystyle 27$%, respectively. It may be because of rapid industrialisation and improvement of infrastructural facilities.
Ram is a self-employed worker. Since he is involved in productive activity he would be considered as a worker in spite of his temporary absence from the work.
