Assertion (A) : $\displaystyle \left(\mathrm{C}_{2} \mathrm{H}_{5}\right)_{2} \mathrm{NH}$ is more basic than $\displaystyle \left(\mathrm{C}_{2} \mathrm{H}_{5}\right)_{3} \mathrm{~N}$ in aqueous solution.
Reason (R) : In $\displaystyle \left(\mathrm{C}_{2} \mathrm{H}_{5}\right)_{2} \mathrm{NH}$, there is more steric hindrance and+I effect than $\displaystyle \left(\mathrm{C}_{2} \mathrm{H}_{5}\right)_{3} \mathrm{~N}$.
