Compound 'B' on reaction with $\displaystyle \mathrm{CHCl}_{3}$ and alcoholic KOH produces an obnoxious smell of carbylamine due to the formation of 'C'. Identify 'A', 'B' and 'C' and write the chemical reactions involved.
