An Organic compound (A) with molecular formula $\displaystyle \mathrm{C}_{3} \mathrm{H}_{7} \mathrm{NO}$ on heating with $\displaystyle \mathrm{Br}_{2}$ and KOH forms a compound (B). Compound (B) on heating with $\displaystyle \mathrm{CHCl}_{3}$ and alcoholic KOH produces a foul smelling compound (C) and on reacting with $\displaystyle \mathrm{C}_{6} \mathrm{H}_{5} \mathrm{SO}_{2} \mathrm{Cl}$ forms a compound (D) which is soluble in alkali. Write the structures of (A), (B), (C) and (D).
