Reduces the risk of uncertainty – By deciding in advance the tasks to be performed, planning anticipates the changes and managerial responses to them can be developed, thereby, reducing the risk of uncertainty. Facilitates decision-making – Planning helps the manager to look into the future and make a choice from amongst various alternative courses of action by evaluating them. Develops Employees -As a result of delegation, employees get more opportunities to utilize their talent and allows them to develop those skills which enable them to perform complex tasks.
