Explain the processing of heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA) into a fully functional mRNA in eukaryotes. Where does this processing occur in the cell ?

hnRNA undergoes capping at $\displaystyle 5$'-end (methyl guanosine triphosphate or
mGppp), and tailing at $\displaystyle 3$'-end (with polyA tail or adenylate residues) , Further splicing is carried out, where the non-coding or introns are removed, and coding sequences or exons are joined together in a defined mannerSite of processing of hnRNA- nucleus.
