i Tertiary Sector is a service sector which includes Transport Storage, Communication, Banking, Trade etc. ii Tertiary sector helps in the development of other two sectors. iii With the development of primary and secondary sectors the demand for service will increase day by day. iv The demands for tourism, shopping, private schools, private hospitals, etc. are increasing which are visible in big cities. v Rapid growth of service sector also benefitted from external demand such as software industry, call centre services etc. vi Liberalisation and globalisation have provided an environment for faster growth of tertiary services.
