(i) There should be implementation of fair and minimum wages law for their work done.
(ii) There should be provision of health insurance, pension and maternity benefits.
(iii) Employers should provide safe working conditions with proper equipment.
(iv) There should be regular inspections to ensure that labour laws are followed.
(v) Workers should have access to affordable medical treatment and emergency aid.
(vi) Workers should be educated and made aware about the labour rights/ laws.
(vii) Workers should be provided with skill development and training programmes.
(viii) Legal action should be taken against employers in case of exploitation of workers.
