Marking-scheme solution
(i) Leaves with green (Chlorophyll) and non-green patches (white or yellow patches)
e.g. croton/money plant/ any other
(ii) Leaf becomes colorless;
The solution becomes green
(iii)
Starch. Chlorophyll helps the plant to absorb energy of the sunlight for the process of photosynthesis
