(a) Herbivores eat grass, need a longer small intestine to allow the cellulose to be digested.
(b) The finger like projections on the inner lining of small intestine, the villi, increase the surface area for absorption of digested food.
(c) Dissolved oxygen in water is much lower as compared to oxygen in air.
