In a Young's double slit experiment with slit separation $\displaystyle 0.1$ mm, one observes a bright fringe at angle $\displaystyle \frac{1}{40} \mathrm{rad}$ by using light of wavelength $\displaystyle \lambda_1$. When the light of wavelength $\displaystyle \lambda_2$ is used a bright fringe is seen at the same angle in the same set up. Given that $\displaystyle \lambda_1$ and $\displaystyle \lambda_2$ are in visible range ( $\displaystyle 380$ nm to $\displaystyle 740$ nm ), their values are :
Official answer
(2)
$\displaystyle 625$ nm, $\displaystyle 500$ nm
