Why is boiling point of o-dichlorobenzene higher than p-dichlorobenzene but melting point of para isomer is higher than ortho isomer?

B. P. of o-isomer is higher as it has higher dipole moment or polarity / stronger intermolecular interactions.
M. P. of p-isomer is higher as it is symmetric and fits better in the crystal lattice.
