When mosquito carrying sporozoites bites a human, sporozoites are injected in human body.
Sporozoites reach the liver through blood
Parasites reproduce asexually in liver cells , burst these cells and get released into blood.
Parasite enters RBCs and reproduce asexually, RBCs burst (releases haemozoin) which causes cycles of fever and chill.
