Gamete Intra Fallopian Transfer, transfer of an ovum collected from a donor into the fallopian tube of another female who cannot produce an ovum but can provide suitable environment for fertilization and further development / It has no role in test tube baby program.

Zygote Intra Fallopian Transfer, zygote or early embryo up to $\displaystyle 8$ blastomeres transferred into fallopian tube.

Intra Uterine Insemination, semen collected either from husband or a healthy donor is artificially introduced either into vagina or uterus of the female / It has no role in test tube baby program .
