Typhoid – Sustained high fever $\displaystyle 39$-$\displaystyle 40$°C/ stomach-pain/ constipation.
Pneumonia- severe problems in respiration/in severe cases the lips and fingernails may turn grey to bluish in colour/ chills /cough
Malaria- If chills and high fever occurs in every $\displaystyle 3$ – $\displaystyle 4$ days.
