(ii) Somesh agreed to take over the firm's furniture, not recorded in the books of the firm at ₹ $\displaystyle 80$,000. (iii) Land and Building of the book value of ₹ $\displaystyle 60,00,000$ was sold for ₹ $\displaystyle 90,00,000$ through a broker who charged $\displaystyle 10$% commission. (iv) As fish, an old customer, whose account for ₹ $\displaystyle 70,000$ was written off as bad in the previous year, paid $\displaystyle 60$% of the amount. (v> Sundry Creditors of ₹ $\displaystyle 3,00$ $\displaystyle 000$ $\displaystyle 7$ were settled at a discount of $\displaystyle 10$% . (vi) Realisation expenses amounting to ₹ $\displaystyle 21,000$ were paid by Yogesh.
