A company wants to present its sales data for last five years in a graphical form using MS Excel. As a student of Computerised Accounting, state steps to create a chart in Excel to represent the data visually.

1. Enter data in a worksheet with proper column and row titles.
2. Create a basic chart using the pattern from the panel available on top of worksheet in
chart groups option.
3. Change the layout or style of chart.

4. Add or remove titles or data labels.
Add (Remove) a chart title.

Link a title to a worksheet cell.

6. Move (Resize) a chart and then save the chart.
