Total outcomes = $\displaystyle 52$
(i) \(\displaystyle \mathrm{P}\) (card is queen of hearts) \(\displaystyle =\frac{1}{52}\)
(ii) \(\displaystyle \mathrm{P}(\) not a jack \(\displaystyle )=\frac{48}{52}\) or \(\displaystyle \frac{12}{13}\)
