Area of minor sector \(\displaystyle =\frac{3 \cdot 14 \times(14)^{2}}{6}=102.57\) Area of \(\displaystyle \Delta \mathrm{AOB}=\frac{1 \cdot 73}{4}(14)^{2}=84 \cdot 77\) Area of minor segment = Area of minor sector - Area of \(\displaystyle \Delta \mathrm{AOB}\) \[=102 \cdot 57-84 \cdot 77=17 \cdot 8 \] ∴ Area of minor segment is17‧$\displaystyle 8$ cm \(\displaystyle { }^{2}\)
